Every month in 2024, as you know if you've been following our show, I take a break from having a guest on with me to share my personal thoughts on a specific Finding Certainty topic. We’re making our way through 26 principles, one for each letter of the alphabet, and this month we’re at “I. I've decided to discuss the topic of Integrity. It’s fitting because integrity in many respects ties all of the previous topics together, like the threads in a quilt, much like the neat Quilt of Valor veteran recognition ceremony I was honored to attend and take part in this past week. Integrity is the integral to every characteristic we've discussed this past year, and I truly believe that without it, none of the others—like Accountability, Balance, or Humility—can stand on their own.

In today’s monologue, I’ll share why integrity is so crucial, explore how it touches every area of our lives, and offer some personal stories and lessons I’ve learned as well as several examples from around the world about the topic. We'll talk about staying true to one’s values, even when it’s difficult, and staying consistent and rooted most of all. Like all of these topics, integrity is something I’m working on daily, striving to find it more and more in my own life and business as well. I hope you'll join me in this process.
